William Wakuganda

William Wakuganda, a Tanzanian national, joined AFE in January 2017 as Economic Analyst. Previously, he worked with the German Investment and Development Corporation and Technoserve Inc. in the areas of project monitoring, evaluation and management. He holds a MSc in Economics and Finance for Development from the University of Bradford.
